Service Fee Update

Update: As of February 1st 2026 there will be a service fee increase. Our rates of counselling are as follows: 

Individual Counselling: $150/session 

Couples Counselling: $165/session 

Session rates are based on a one hour session.

MTO Reach is a clinical counselling practice dedicated to working with those who are hurting from wounds in their past and present.

Our counsellors provide a safe space to rest and unburden, a space to receive empathy and find renewed hope. We believe that all people who are hurting have the capacity to heal and find restoration and peace.  

For those who feel stuck and overwhelmed in their present, it is only through change that we will see a new trajectory for the future.

At MTO Reach, we aim to create a safe and accessible space for all people from all walks of life, regardless of their background.
